Invisible-zipper foot #35 is ideal for inserting zippers invisibly into garment seams. In addition, this presser foot is a reliable helper when sewing home furnishings and accessories.
Two diagonal grooves act as a guide, making zip insertion a breeze compared to the standard method. Located in the sole of the foot, the grooves easily accommodate the zipper coils, which are fed through at the same time as the zipper tape is guided under the foot and sewn.
Edgestitch foot #10C is a practical help for sewing finished edges even and straight. Superbly suited to applying lace and trims, Edgestitch foot #10C is also ideal for topstitching edges, pleats and hems.
The guide blade in the center of the foot helps you sew seams and hems running perfectly parallel to the edge in next to no time.
Pintuck and decorative-stitch foot with clear sole #46C makes it a breeze to sew fetching pintucks and then embellish them evenly.
The clear sole provides a perfect view of the stitching area at all times. The pintucks are sewn first, with the finished pintucks lying in the grooves on the bottom of the foot. In a second step, the Pintuck and decorative-stitch foot with clear sole #46C is used to embellish the pintucks with precisely parallel lines of stitching – so there’s no need to trace the lines beforehand.
This foot allows you to sew along longarm quilting rulers to create decorative quilt designs such as lines, feathers, circles etc. Any commercial Plexiglas longarm quilting rulers with a ¼ inch thickness can be used. The height of the sole of the foot makes it possible to quilt along all the edges of these rulers which is of utmost importance especially with circles.
With this technique the feed dog is lowered and the fabric with the Plexiglas ruler is guided manually with the base of the foot resting against the edge of the ruler. Due to the adjustment dial the height of the foot can be adjusted to match the fabric thickness individually so that the fabric can be moved smoothly and without getting stuck. Moreover, this additional option provided by the adjustable foot height extends the scope of applications for BERNINA sewing machines without the function ‘automatic presser foot pressure/presser foot height’.
Free-motion embroidery foot #24 offers a whole range of advantages. Not only does it afford an optimal view of the stitching area – particularly advantageous when stitching along marked lines – its vertical spring-loaded (hopper) mechanism prevents the fabric from pulling up with the needle (flagging) when embroidering, thereby ensuring precise stitch formation.
Free-motion embroidery foot #24 lets you successfully accomplish a host of embroidery techniques: with monograms, silk ribbon or Richelieu embroidery, thread painting, and even quilting, its clever design ensures first-class sewing success and ease.
This makes Free-motion embroidery foot #24 your first choice for ambitious sewing projects where precision is critical.
Piping foot #38 is often also termed the “uneven foot”, owing to the different thicknesses of the two halves of its sole. Consequently, this foot is ideal for creating narrow-to-medium piping, as well as for sewing unevenly thick fabric layers.
The right side of Piping foot #38 is higher than the left side, allowing it to ride easily over the fabric layers as you sew. In addition to piping, this foot is also suitable for sewing on thick tape and ribbon, cords, or hook-and-loop tape.
TIP: when sewing on tape, the tape should lie under the right side of the foot flush with the edge of the thicker left side. This will allow the needle to catch the edge of the tape more easily.
With its hopper mechanism, Embroidery foot #15 is ideal for darning and free-motion embroidery with or without the BERNINA embroidery module.
The vertical spring on the presser foot presses the sole to the fabric, preventing the material from pulling up with the needle (flagging). The result is a neat, consistent stitch pattern. What’s more, this oval foot with its slight upward tilt facilitates the stitching movement, even over bulky materials.
Lap-seam foot #70 enables you to sew precise lapped and flat-felled seams in light and medium weight fabrics.
The square toe on the right of the presser foot acts as a guide for turned-under fabric edges on sportswear, jeans, and men’s shirts.
The small channel on the left-hand side of Lap-seam foot #70’s presser foot tip holds the fabric edge in place for the second line of stitching. This versatile presser foot is also suitable for sewing reversible garments.
Circular embroidery attachment #83 lets you embroider unusual and decorative circles or semicircles. The attachment is screwed to the free-arm. The center of rotation can be either to the right or left of the needle, with the attaching screw lying flat enough to allow the fabric to feed smoothly over it. A diameter of between 1 inch and 5-5/16 inches (2.5 cm and 13.5 cm) can be set on the slide.
The fabric must be properly reinforced for circular embroidery, so 2-3 layers of stabilizer should be placed under your project. The fabric is put onto the pin at the center of the desired circle and held in place with a rubber cap to prevent shifting during sewing. The Circular embroidery attachment #83 can be used in conjunction with various presser feet, and will enable you to sew circles with any decorative stitches you wish, and even arrange lettering in a circle.
Order the Circular embroidery attachment #83 now, and you too will be able to sew circles of pintucks, cords, and sequins.
Quilting foot #29 is a special presser foot for easy free-motion, outline and stipple quilting.
The vertical spring presses the foot securely to your project, preventing the fabric from riding up with the needle (flagging). The material therefore lies flat while it is being sewn, allowing you to produce neat, consistent stitches.
For even greater sewing ease, Quilting foot #29 features a clear sole, affording you a perfect view of both needle and stitching area at all times.
Reverse-pattern foot with clear sole #34 affords a clear view of the needle and stitching area. The red markings on the top of the presser foot allow for especially precise and careful sewing.

Straight-stitch hemmer #64 is ideal for hemming medium weight fabrics. This presser foot accomplishes several steps in a single sewing operation.
The scroll on the front of the presser foot turns the fabric edge under twice. The double-turned hem stops the fabric edge from fraying later.
A guide in the presser foot sole guides the turned-under fabric to the needle hole, where the fabric is sewn with a straight stitch into a sturdy 4 mm wide hem. The finished hem then easily advances underneath the foot, enabling smooth sewing.
Leather roller foot #55 ist a master at working on “sticky” materials such as leather, suede or plastic. It’s also ideal for quilting and sewing multiple layers of fabric.
Leather roller foot #55 features a wheel with a textured surface, which helps it roll easily over fabric and enables simple, precise sewing of curves and straight lines, as well as the couching of braiding and cords. An especially practical feature is the clear view of the entire stitching area, letting you create attractive stitching on home furnishings and garments in next to no time.
When it comes to appliquéing with a narrow satin-stitch (up to 2 mm), Appliqué foot #23 is the expert: its sophisticated design allows the fabric to feed easily over the stitches, even in the case of very dense rows of stitching.
A cutout on the front of the presser foot will hold a narrow couching thread, making for trouble-free sewing of satin-stitching with cording. With its wide thread channel under the sole, Appliqué foot #23 is also ideal for sewing mini-piping, or for traditional sewing techniques.
And since Appliqué foot #23 features a clear sole, you’ll have a perfect view of the stitch area at all times – a decisive advantage, especially when following outlines and corners.

In addition to buttons and closures, Button-sew-on foot #18 allows you to attach decorative embellishments such as sequins or bows.
