Exchange Policy

Defective items

We sincerely apologize for any defective items sent out to our customers. In an event that items are found to be defective at the time of delivery, customers may return the items for an exchange of a similar product.

All defects must be notified and brought to our attention by writing (email) within 5 working days of goods shipping. Please note below for the conditions for exchange and kindly email us at info@bernina.com.sg with your order number, and a snapshot of the defective item for assessment before we request for the item to be mailed back. Your shipping charges will be reimbursed by BERNINA (Singapore). If the correct item is no longer in-stock, your transaction will be cancelled and refunded back to your Credit / Debit Card. Alternatively, you can bring the item to our office during our operating hours at M38 #08-03, 38 Jalan Pemimpin, Singapore 577178 for an assessment and exchange.

In order for products to be deemed as defective, the following criteria must be fulfilled:

1. The product have visible defects (e.g. cracks) to its exterior
2. The product fail to start or respond
3. The product fail to perform its functions
BERNINA (Singapore) strictly do not accept exchange for another item or refund / SALE items / On disc. BERNINA (Singapore) does not have a return policy and we strictly do not entertain cash refunds.

Incorrect items

We sincerely apologize for any incorrect product sent out to our customers. Kindly email us at info@bernina.com.sg with your order number, and a snapshot of the incorrect item for assessment before we request for the item to be shipped back. Returning goods must be in sellable conditions and with original seals or packaging. Your shipping charges will be reimbursed by BERNINA Singapore. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, your transaction will be cancelled and refunded back to your Credit / Debit Card. Alternatively, you can bring the item to our office during our operating hours at M38 #08-03, 38 Jalan Pemimpin, Singapore 577178 for an assessment and exchange.
