Discover Embroidery with BERNINA provides a comprehensive introduction to digital embroidery. You'll learn everything you need to know to start embroidering, whether to spice up your old garments, create personalised gifts and merchandise for loved ones, or take the first step in starting an embroidery business.
Our flexible framework allows you to control the pace and outcomes of your embroidery journey. After establishing a foundation of embroidery skills in the first session, our expert mentors will guide you through the creation process. We tailor our guidance and teaching to your specific materials and learning goals, allowing you to work efficiently and effectively to produce your desired embroidered outcomes.
What is included?
- All materials provided (limited to availability and stock available at BERNINA Concept Store). Participants are free to bring their own fabrics or items to be embroidered throughout the course
- Access to all BERNINA machines – 5 and 7 series, including the latest 790 Pro
- Access to embroidery designs and letterings in all BERNINA machines
- Access to Bianco App (BERNINA’s latest app that translates drawings to embroidery)
- Access to BERNINA Embroidery Software (BERNINA’s digitisation software)
Participants will be able to...
- Confidently use a digital embroidery machine, troubleshooting when necessary
- Understand the range of accessories and tools needed for embroidery – hoops, stabilisers, needles
- Understand the different embroidery requirements and settings for different materials
- Explore different ways to create embroidery designs on the iPad/computer
- Create a variety of customised, personalised embroideries for you and your loved ones!
